AGRO | DIGITAL PRODUCT
A agribusiness market leader aims to enhance processes visibility in their direct sales orders. We were hired to design the order tracking experiences, from experimentation strategy to product specification.

METHODOLOGY
We conducted a fast paced 4 weeks discovery cycle, understanding the company's processes and systems, raising some hypothesis and crafting a prototype that guided a round of interaction with 4 large farmers. Throughout the project we were able to define target users, refine their main jobs (functional/social/emotional) and craft a solid experimentation strategy that helps us anticipate user feedback.
MVP DEFINITION
Throughout the envisioning phase we understood that our target users were the farmer's admin operators and the experience pointed out to be desktop first (but mobile also).
The value we should aim to leverage with the solution is autonomy so the farmers don't have to completely rely on contacting the sales reps to gather info about their orders.
ROLES AND ACTIVITIES
Throughout the project I was the consultancy Design Lead. My main role was to guide the team on the design methods (research, strategy, UX and visual design). I also led the product specification, interacting with technology and data partners.
